You've placed an order with Multicare-Centrum. Great! Our warehouse colleagues will pack your order as quickly as possible and hand it over to the parcel service. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive a track & trace code by email. This allows you to easily track your order in the Netherlands, Belgium, and the rest of the world. Ordering a product with a longer delivery time? Use our delivery time portal to check when your order is expected in our warehouse using your order number and email address. With our years of experience in shipping and logistics, you can be sure that your order will be neatly packaged and delivered quickly. This way, you'll always know exactly where you stand.
We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. To achieve this, we collaborate with professional shipping partners who collect packages from us daily and process them immediately.
During checkout you can choose between home delivery or delivery to a Service Point.

If you've given permission, the package will be delivered to your neighbors. Would you prefer not to have this done? Our delivery staff will try again first, or the order will be delivered to a nearby parcel point.
We'll ship your entire order when all products are in stock in our warehouse. Would you prefer to receive the products in stock now? Please contact our customer service.
Is your order in stock? Then you'll receive the track and trace code by email as soon as possible after your order has been shipped. The track and trace code will show you when your order will be delivered.
We're sorry to hear you didn't receive your order! You can use the track and trace code you received from us to see if the parcel service changed the delivery time or delivered the package to a parcel point due to unforeseen circumstances. If the package is marked as delivered and nothing has changed, we recommend checking with your neighbors first to see if the order was delivered there. If not, please feel free to contact our customer service. We'll be happy to check where your order is and when it will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

We understand that it's frustrating if your order is delayed. Due to the volume of parcels in circulation, the parcel service may adjust its schedule and your order may be delayed. Delayed deliveries are usually delivered the next day. We therefore ask for your patience. If you haven't received anything within 5 days of the original delivery date and the parcel hasn't been delivered to a parcel point, please contact our customer service.
